Dockmate® Mooring Whips protect your boat or watercraft from damage caused by wind or high wake. These whips provide a 'safety zone' between dock and boat with a unique 'spring action' that keeps your boat away from the dock. The large-diameter solid fiberglass rods are wrapped with cross-wound layers of fiber for superior strength and flexibility. The durable, solid, cast-aluminum base has a molded-in cleat and ring to easily fasten your lines. A functional roller tip on the whip in addition to a unique tensioner allow easy one-hand operation. All Dockmate® Mooring Whips come as a pair with all necessary lines and hardware to complete installation. Note that some docking conditions may be too rough for this type of system.
